[ol10_appstream] crypto-policies-pq-preview-20250905-2.gitc7eb7b2.el10_1.1.noarch

This is a stub package that used to contain
a TEST-PQ subpolicy policy with postquantum algorithms enabled.
Post-quantum algorithms are now on by default,
the subpolicy has since moved into the main crypto-policies package,
so the package no longer serves any purpose.
