[ol6_u3_base] mvapich-psm-static-1.2.0-0.3563.rc1.5.el6.x86_64

Contains the static libraries from the mvapich-psm package.  Static
library usage is generally discouraged, but provided in this separate
package for those who must have it.  This version of the library uses
QLogic's InfiniPath PSM library for transport.
