Description:
The oci8-19c package provides the OCI8 extension and the PDO_OCI
driver allowing access to Oracle Database.

The extensions require the Oracle Instant Client 12c 'basic' package,
which supports connection to various database versions.  For details,
see Oracle Support\'s note "Oracle Client / Server Interoperability
Support" (ID 207303.1).

Instant Client is available from ULN and OTN.
