[ol7_optional_archive] libpsm2-compat-10.3.8-3.el7.x86_64

Support for MPIs linked with PSM1.
The compat library is installed in a non-standard directory to avoid
conflicting with infinipath-psm. To use it, set:
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/lib64/psm2-compat
