the LaTeX required tools distribution, comprising: afterpage,
array, bm, calc, dcolumn, delarray, enumerate, fileerr,
fontsmpl, ftnright, hhline, indentfirst, layout, longtable,
multicol, rawfonts, showkeys, somedefs, tabularx, theorem,
trace, varioref, verbatim, xr, and xspace.
