[ol8_appstream] NetworkManager-cloud-setup-1:1.40.16-9.0.1.el8.x86_64

Installs a nm-cloud-setup tool that can automatically configure
NetworkManager in cloud setups. Currently only EC2 is supported.
This tool is still experimental.
