Description: | olvm-vmcontrol is the Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager VM control utility The olvm-vmcontrol tool can be used to direct an Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager to configure a Virtual Machine (VM) that is running Oracle Database software so that all of the virtual CPU threads of the VM are pinned to a specified set of physical CPU threads on a single physical host. When successfully completed, the VM's virtual CPUs will be pinned in a way that conforms to the Oracle Database Hard Partitioning guidelines. |
