[ol9_appstream] NetworkManager-cloud-setup-1:1.44.0-5.0.1.el9_3.aarch64

Installs a nm-cloud-setup tool that can automatically configure
NetworkManager in cloud environment. Only certain cloud providers
like Aliyun, Azure, EC2, GCP are supported.
