[ol9_developer_EPEL] ghc9.4-compiler-9.4.5-19.el9.aarch64

The package contains the GHC compiler, tools and utilities.

The ghc libraries are provided by ghc9.4-devel.
To install all of ghc (including the ghc library),
install the main ghc package.
