ntpcheck is a CLI to perform various NTP-related tasks:
- replacement for ntptime and ntpdate commands
- human-readable diagnostics for typical problems with NTP based on data
  from chrony/ntpd
- server stats and peer stats taken from chrony/ntpd with output in JSON
