[ol9_codeready_builder] gcc-plugin-devel-11.2.1-9.4.0.2.el9.x86_64

This package contains header files and other support files
for compiling GCC plugins.  The GCC plugin ABI is currently
not stable, so plugins must be rebuilt any time GCC is updated.
