[ol9_developer_EPEL] rust-flate2+zlib-devel-1.0.27-1.el9.noarch

DEFLATE compression and decompression exposed as Read/BufRead/Write
streams. Supports miniz_oxide and multiple zlib implementations.
Supports zlib, gzip, and raw deflate streams.

This package contains library source intended for building other packages which
use the "zlib" feature of the "flate2" crate.
